CareOptions is a trading name of Geoterra AI Pty Ltd (ABN 36 690 981 438). We operate a referral platform that connects families seeking home care services with registered home care providers across Australia.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CareOptions website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

CareOptions provides a referral and matching service. We do not provide home care services directly. We connect families with registered providers but are not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of care services provided by those providers.

  1. Families

Our service is free for families seeking home care. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by CareOptions staff to verify your care needs and, if appropriate, to being introduced to one or more registered providers.

  1. Providers

Home care providers using CareOptions agree to separate terms set out in a provider service agreement. These Terms of Service do not govern the provider relationship.

  1. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. CareOptions is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Geoterra AI Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareOptions and Geoterra AI Pty Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided on this website.
